What does a personalised nutrition plan look like?
A nutrition plan should work in your everyday life. Before choosing a programme, we need to discuss your goal, schedule and the obstacles you have faced so far.
The first step is getting to know you
You can create a free MFitLife account and complete your profile. Registering does not mean buying a programme. Your profile and conversation with Marijana help clarify what support you need and whether the approach offered suits you.
You do not need perfectly organised meals already. It is more helpful to describe honestly how you currently eat, your work schedule, how much time you have to prepare food and what you want to change.
Useful information to include in your profile
Enter your age, height, current and target weight, main goal and timeframe. Add your activity level, number of meals and monthly food budget. Your budget and schedule help make the proposed plan practical, rather than just good on paper.
Take particular care with allergies, intolerances, chronic conditions and injuries. If you have no known allergies, write ‘No known allergies’; avoid an unclear answer. If you are unsure about something, say so and ask Marijana how to proceed.
Choosing your programme
Check the duration, price, included services and support terms on the programme page. Before paying, explain your expectations and ask about anything that is unclear. A training plan is not automatically included in every nutrition programme — check the offer.
For a programme lasting several months, check when you receive a new plan, how to report progress and what adjustments are included. The programme details agreed with Marijana apply.
Receiving your plan and reporting progress
When Marijana sends a document through the platform, download it from your profile. Check the date so you are using the current version. If anything is unclear or an ingredient is unavailable, use ‘Message Marijana’ when support is enabled.
Explain what works for you, what is difficult to fit in and any changes to your schedule or habits. Specific information makes the conversation about your next steps more useful.
Realistic expectations and health circumstances
Goals and the pace of change are agreed individually. A plan does not promise a specific amount of weight loss or replace medical assessment. If you have health concerns or prescribed treatment or dietary advice, speak to your doctor before making changes and share the relevant information with Marijana.
