My Story

My name is Marijana Minić, and I am 41 years old. Sports have been a part of my life since I was seven. I began my athletic career in martial arts—specifically karate—which I practiced professionally for more than 25 years. During that time, I earned numerous national and international achievements, including prestigious awards from world championships.

During pregnancy, I developed insulin resistance—a condition many women experience. I learned first-hand that the most effective way to manage it is through proper nutrition and strength training. This personal journey transformed into a deep passion for fitness and healthy living, and ultimately inspired me to create MFitLife.

Today, I dedicate my work to helping women build strength, resilience, and long-lasting healthy habits. My coaching philosophy blends efficiency, science-based training, and personalized nutrition, ensuring that every woman feels empowered and supported on her journey.
